Search, filter, export and delete contacts

Search and filter

• Search by name, phone, or email… finds contacts as you type.
• Filter by tags shows contacts with any of the selected tags. Clear all resets it.
• Opted out shows only contacts who opted out.
• The cards at the top show your Total contacts, and for the contacts on the current page how many are Tagged and how many are Complete (have both a name and an email).

Export to CSV

1. Apply any search or filters you want — the export follows them.
2. Click Export.
3. Vatli downloads contacts-YYYY-MM-DD.csv with the columns Name, Phone, Email, Company, Tags, Created. Multiple tags are separated by semicolons.

“No contacts match the current filters” means there’s nothing to export with the current filters.

Delete contacts

• One: row menu (⋯) → Delete → confirm.
• Several: tick the checkboxes, click Delete selected, confirm.

Deleting a contact can’t be undone. To stop messaging someone without losing their history, mark them as opted out instead.
