This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Ixoric Technologies offers refunds for its digital marketing services.
General Policy
Digital marketing services involve significant upfront work including research, strategy, account setup, and content creation. Due to the nature of these services, we follow a structured refund policy.
SEO Services
- Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Monthly retainers are non-refundable after the 5th day of the billing cycle.
- If we fail to deliver agreed deliverables within the timeline due to our fault, a prorated refund may be issued for undelivered work.
Google Ads / Meta Ads Management
- Management fees are non-refundable once campaigns are live.
- Ad spend is paid directly to Google/Meta — we cannot refund ad spend.
- If a campaign is not set up within the agreed timeline due to our delay, management fees for that period may be credited to the following month.
Web Development
- A 50% advance is collected before project commencement — this is non-refundable.
- Remaining 50% is due on delivery. Once delivery is accepted, no refunds apply.
- If we are unable to complete the project as specified, the advance minus completed work costs will be refunded.
Training Programmes
- Full refund if cancellation is requested 7+ days before programme start.
- 50% refund for cancellations 3–6 days before start.
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of start.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@ixoric.com with your name, invoice number, service, and reason. We will respond within 5 business days.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
