Two-step login
Protect your login with a 6-digit code from an authenticator app, and (Business) require it for everyone in the workspace.

With two-step login, signing in needs your password and a 6-digit code from an app on your phone. Someone who learns your password still can’t get in.
Turn it on
- Go to Settings → Login & security → Two-step login.
- Install Google Authenticator, Authy or Microsoft Authenticator on your phone.
- In the app, add an account and scan the QR code Vatli shows.
- Type the 6-digit code from the app and confirm.
From now on, after your password Vatli asks for the code. The mobile app asks too.
To switch it off, click Turn off on the same card.
Require it for the whole team
The owner can switch on Ask everyone in the workspace to use it. Members who haven’t set it up are asked to do so the next time they sign in, before they can open anything else.
Requiring it for everyone is on the Business plan. If it was switched on during the trial it stays on; once it’s off, switching it on again needs Business.
