- Invite and add team members Bring teammates into your Vatli workspace with a one-time invite link, by email, or by creating their login directly.
- Roles and permissions What Owner, Admin, Agent and Viewer can do, the 10 permissions you can switch on or off per member, and their defaults.
- Limit agents to their assigned contacts Turn off "View all contacts" so an agent only sees the contacts and conversations assigned to them.
- Hide customer numbers from agents Agents and viewers see only the last 4 digits of customer numbers and can't call or copy them — they can still reply.
