Sync templates from Meta
Pull templates created in Meta WhatsApp Manager (or another tool) into Vatli with one click.
Who can do this: Owner and Admin by defaultPlan: All plans
Templates you created directly in Meta WhatsApp Manager — or in another platform connected to the same WhatsApp Business Account — can be used in Vatli after a sync.
- Go to Settings → Templates.
- Click Sync from Meta (“Pull approved templates from your Meta WhatsApp Business Account”).
- Vatli reports “Synced N templates from Meta (X new, Y updated)”.
Sync whenever you:
- create or edit templates outside Vatli,
- create authentication (OTP) templates, which must be built in Meta,
- move to a new WhatsApp Business Account,
- see “No approved templates” in the inbox although Meta shows approved ones.
Very large accounts sync the first 2,000 templates per run. If you see “Synced the first 2000 templates only”, click Sync from Meta again to continue.
