What the limits count
- Admin seats include the owner.
- Broadcast messages / month counts template messages sent by broadcasts, list automations and sequences from the 1st of each calendar month. Inbox replies don’t count. See How broadcasts are delivered.
- Your usage is shown at the top of Billing & plan and in Reports → Plan usage.
