Using captured answers

Collect input stores the reply under the variable key you choose (letters, numbers and underscores). Use it later in prompts and handoff notes, for example New lead: {{email}}.

If / else conditions

SubjectOperators
Captured variableis present, is absent, equals, contains
Contact has tagis present, is absent
Contact field (name, email, phone, company)is present, is absent, equals, contains

Example: If contact has tag customer → existing-customer menu, else → new-customer menu.

Handoff

When the flow reaches Handoff to agent, the conversation is set to Pending, assigned to the chosen agent if you picked one, and the internal note is saved so the agent knows what the customer already said. The flow run ends as Handed off.

Button and list ids are created for you and shown above each option. WhatsApp sends the id back when a customer taps. You usually don’t need to change them — but if you use them in a Button / List Reply automation, keep them stable.
