We restructured the entire Google Ads account — paused broad campaigns, switched to exact/phrase match with RLSA layers. Built dedicated landing pages per property type (2BHK, 3BHK, commercial). Set up Facebook Lead Ads targeting high-income households in Patna radius. Added call tracking and lead scoring for the sales team.
In 90 days, qualified leads increased 23% while ad spend dropped 20%. CPL reduced from ₹4,200 to ₹2,800 (33% improvement). Lead-to-visit conversion improved from 2% to 7%. Pipeline value built was ₹18L+ and ROAS improved from 1.8x to 4.2x.
