1. Service Cancellation Policy

1.1 For Digital Marketing Services:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of the service agreement.
  • In the event of cancellation, the work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly, and a refund (if applicable) will be issued for the remaining services not rendered.

1.2 For Website Development Services:

  • A cancellation request must be submitted before development work reaches the 50% completion stage.
  • Once the project exceeds 50% completion, no refunds will be issued.
  • For any cancellations before this stage, the customer will be refunded after deducting costs for the work already completed and resources used.

2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Digital Products & Services (Website Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing):

  • Since our services are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, once a service is rendered, it is not eligible for return.
  • Refunds are only processed in the event of service non-delivery or agreement breach on our part.
  • For services like paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), refunds will only be processed for the unused portion of the budget, excluding management fees.

2.2 Consultation and Business Strategy Services:

  • Full refunds are provided if cancellation is made 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation appointment.

3. Process for Refunds

4. Late or Missing Refunds
